AWARDS

Awards are mailed out to all 25, 40 and 50 year members at the beginning of their anniversary month.

25  and 40 Year members receive a pin.  If you are an Active Working 40 year member you still continue to pay dues.
When you reach your 40 year anniversary and are already retired or are retiring at that point, you no longer are required to pay dues.
If you should receive a delinquent dues letter after that time, it just means that we had not been notified of your retirement.
Just call our office and let us know your retirement date.  When we correct your status, the computer will no longer charge your account for dues.
50 year members, considered Life Members, receive a pin, an engraved watch, a life member certificate with gold card and a plastic life member card you can carry with you.
Please be sure we have your current phone numbers and addresses so the awards will be mailed correctly.  I also contact all watch recipients by phone to get information for the engraving.

We would like to make the award presentations in person, so if you receive an award and are able to attend a chapter meeting or a chapter function, banquet or Christmas party, you can bring your award for a personal presentation.  Photos are usually taken of all recipients at the banquets or parties.
